Kit and Jerry agree to the price of $1975 for website design and build

Agreement that this price does not include the SquareSpace platform (upon which your website sits); that is an additional outcost of $192/yr. Please note that I do not have any jurisdiction over any yearly fees or rules that SquareSpace may change.

Agreement that all images and content provided by you are approved by you to use on this website.

If you have a current URL you'd like to reuse, we'll work together to connect it; you are responsible for any resulting fees on your end with your provider. If your provider does not allow connections (please check with them), then we may need to transfer over to Squarespace.

Kit will redesign website within 30-45 days of the first payment - It's up to you to provide any content you would like on the website within that timeframe.

Time period starts upon receipt of first payment ($987.50 + $192) and signing of this bid, and second payment is due at 45 days or earlier if website if launched earlier ($987.50).

Adding significant additional content after this date will be billed at $50/hr (half hour minimum). Unless it's just a few things after 45 days, happy to make small changes.

Agreement that typing your/client name below stands in as your signature once "Submit" is pressed

This price includes some minimal HTML/CSS coding if needed. Any requests beyond examples shown on my website in design section, may require additional time/price, which will be discussed before adding.

Please provide all internal imagery as high-res PNGs as often as possible.
