Kit and HSP agree to the price of $2190 for website design and build.

Agreement that this price includes the SquareSpace platform (upon which your website sits) for the first year. It will be billed thereafter yearly at the SquareSpace price which is currently $192/year, directly to your credit card (which we will set up upon completion). Please note that I do not have any jurisdiction over any yearly fees or rules that SquareSpace may change.

If you transfer your URL to SquareSpace they will begin charging you after the first year (cost is currently $20/year)

Agreement that all images and content provided by you are approved by you to use on this website. Any other stock photos (if requested and approved) used by Kit will be from a licensed stock provider that I have access to.

If you have a current URL you'd like to reuse, we'll work together to connect it; you are responsible for any resulting fees on your end with your provider. If your provider does not allow connections (please check with them), then we can transfer over to Squarespace.

Kit will design your new website within 30-45 days of this form being submitted - It's up to you to provide any content you would like on the website within that timeframe.

Time period starts upon receipt of first payment ($1095) and signing of this bid, and second payment is due at 45 days or upon completion if earlier ($1095).

Adding additional content after 45 days will be billed at $75/hr (half hour minimum).

Agreement that typing your/client name below stands in as your signature once "Submit" is pressed

This price includes some minimal HTML/CSS coding if needed. Any requests beyond examples shown on my website in the design section, may require additional time/price, which will be discussed before adding.

I am happy to provide a :15 - :30 video montage of your work to display on your home page, similar to the Pogo Pictures and Suite websites I designed. That would be an additional $500, also split 50/50 beginning/end of project. This includes 3 rounds of revisions, also within the 45 days.
